  • Headsets and Microphones Although these two equipments may sound not very important, they actually play a crucial role during the recording process. Both the microphone and the headset are utilized to ensure that the sound being recorded is clear.
  • Mixing Console A mixing console is an electrical device especially used for mixing, combining, and changing the audio signals that are being recorded. It helps improve the recorded sound by changing and routing the level and timbre of the recorded sound. Mixing consoles can be either analog or digital.
  • Multi track recorder A multi track recorder is the equipment used for recording the sound or audio. It can be utilized to record one audio at a time so that all the sounds can be manipulated and processed to achieve the desired audio result.
  • Reference monitors Also referred to as studio monitor, a reference monitor is a recording equipment used to give accurate reproduction of the source sound or audio.
